Dr. Jaime Morey began working as a greeter at Wyomissing Animal Hospital when she was a sophomore at Albright College. At the time, she was an undeclared major but quickly realized her passion was veterinary medicine. She followed in Dr. Wagner’s footsteps and received her veterinary degree from the University of Glasgow in Scotland in 2012. She continued her career at Wyomissing as a veterinarian until 2021 when she decided to work for an urgent care. During that year she expanded her skill set as a veterinarian, but missed the bond of client and patient relationships as well as the workplace that inspired her to enter veterinary medicine. She returned to Wyomissing Animal Hospital in February 2022. Dr. Morey’s favorite aspects of the veterinary field are: dentistry, internal medicine, dermatology and educating clients about preventative medicine. In her spare time, she likes spending time with her family, their Weimaraner and German Shorthaired Pointer. She also volunteers for the German Shorthaired Pointer Rescue of PA.
