The doctors and team at Wyomissing Animal Hospital will continue to remain open and provide care to our patients during this challenging time. For your safety as well as the safety of our staff, we have implemented new policies to protect the health of our staff and our clients. As recommended by the CDC, we will limit the number of people entering the hospital to maintain social distancing practices.
At Wyomissing Animal Hospital our leadership team and doctors put the safety of our pets, clients and employees as a top priority. Due to growing concerns surrounding Covid, we have decided to return to curbside only appointments. If and when plans change in the future, we will let all clients know as soon as possible.
- To limit exposure between people, we are asking all clients to check in by visiting the Window or by texting (610) 463-1169.
- The window will have a sign hung above to indicate location. Please approach the window, one client at a time, using social distance markers on the sidewalk. We will request your information to include your cell # and your parking space # at check-in. We will have some seating available under the covered porch on both sides of the hospital so you and your pet can get respite from the sun while you’re waiting. Please maintain social distancing in these locations.
- We require you to wear a mask when interacting with our team, our team will continue to wear a mask for everyone’s safety.
- Pet and prescription pick-up and drop-off will continue to be handled curbside during the following hours: Monday-Friday: 8:00am – 7:00pm, and Saturdays: 9:00am – 1:00pm.
As always, the health and safety of our clients and our team is a top priority. Until we’re able to fully return to normal operations, we also ask that you continue to follow all our recommended safety guidelines.
