Dr. Longenecker grew up in Providence, RI but has been in Pennsylvania since college, having gone to Bucknell University, where she received a BS in Animal Behavior and minored in Studio Art. After college, she received her VMD from the University of Pennsylvania and then ended up in Wyomissing, where her husband, Andrew, was born and raised. Dr. Longenecker loves spending time with her two young children, Marie and Roger, who keep her very busy most of the week. In her spare time, she enjoys baking, gardening, bee keeping, and, if time allows, a little drawing and painting.
