Dr. Kristen Kornsey is a Montgomery county native. She graduated from Lebanon Valley College in 2011 with a bachelor of Science. She then went to obtain a Master’s in Laboratory Animal Science from Drexel University while applying to vet school. After pursing her master’s she found herself traveling south for vet school at Lincoln Memorial University where she graduated in 2021.
After graduation, Dr. Kornsey decided to move back home to be closer to her family. During her free time she loves being with her family and two dogs: Liesel (Miniature German Schnauzer) and Eliza (Dalmatian), fixing up her house, gardening, planning spontaneous parties or watching movies. You will often hear her speak about her two nephews William and Austin as they and her dogs are her favorite things.
Dr. Kornsey’s interests are small animal medicine and public health. She is so proud to be apart of the WYO team and cannot wait to meet you all and your pets!
