Alyson Abato

Alyson Abato always had an eclectic mix of pets as a child and knew someday she would end up working with animals. She entered the Veterinary field in 2000 and joined Wyomissing Animal Hospital in 2007. She shares her home with LilyMoo, and overexcited senior Jackipoo, Zoe, a very talkative African Grey and Max and Rugy, 2 young naughty cats. In her spare time, she loves to create a unique mix of art, and enjoys the quiet of her house and creek in the woods. joined the Animal Hospital of Dauphin County as a technician assistant in 2009. Angela studied business at Harrisburg Area Community College and biology at Lebanon Valley Community College. Angela’s professional interests include equine studies and small and large animal surgery. In her free time, Angela enjoys teaching riding lessons and attending horse shows. Angela has been married since 2008 and has three dogs (Chloe, Teak and Tyson), two cats (Mo and Cooper), and two horses (Willie and Mary Kae). joined the Animal Hospital of Dauphin County as a technician assistant in 2009. Cindy Bickta grew up in Reading, where she still lives with her four cats. She has been with Wyomissing Animal Hospital since they opened in 1992. Cindy is an advocate of feral cats, for which she tirelessly cares and works to find homes. In her spare time, Cindy enjoys hiking.

Amy Tomes

Amy Tomes is a Berks County native. She has a degree in Large Animal Husbandry from Delaware Valley College. Amy worked for several years in the agriculture and commercial farming industry for several years before returning to Berks County. She has been working as a Veterinary Technician since 2000. In her time off, Amy enjoys traveling with her husband and son. She also enjoys biking, running, snorkeling and spending time with her Giant Schnauzer.

Ryonne Tresler is a graduate of Albright College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Pre-Vet Medicine and Environmental Science. She has worked in the Veterinary field since 2003, and has managed the critical care of patients at Wyomissing Animal Hospital since 2010.
